Now is the right time to buy property in Spain !

We operate both on the Costa del Sol and on the Costa Blanca. There is a wide variety of properties in different price ranges to choose from, most of them we show are recently completed villas and apartments, but also new ongoing constructions which largely are to be completed during 2020. Due to the Corona virus, it has been stagnant for a few months, but now it is up and running again. The real estate market in Spain is still attractive and plenty to choose from. The interest rate is low and will probably be a long time to come. And it is affordable housing that is sold, there is a large selection that can appeal to everyone.

Costa del Sol - Spanish Sun Coast
Why is the Costa del Sol one of the best tourist areas in Spain? Well, because of its beautiful weather with over 300 days of sunshine a year. At any time of the year it is good to visit this area. The Costa del Sol has one of Europe's best climates. The Costa del Sol attracts both tourists and buyers of housing. There are good accommodations, nice baths, very large and good selection of restaurants, modern and international atmosphere in symbiosis with an authentic Andalusian charm. The Costa del Sol has also been named Costa del Golf - a paradise for golfers with its fantastic rich selection of golf courses, many of them are absolute world class.

Andalusia has long been one of Spain's most attractive regions, thanks to 3,000 hours of sunshine a year, kilometers upon kilometers of golden sandy beaches, beautiful natural harbors, rich history and profound influence from different cultures. The region is also home to beautiful mountain ranges and the famous "white villages", rich in handicraft traditions, and offers a variety of sports opportunities - from the many golf courses, skiing to surfing, depending on where you place your interests. It is home to much of Spain's folklore, such as bullfighting and Flamenco, and the myths of Don Juan and Carmen.

Costa Blanca - the white coast
The Costa Blanca, or the white coast, is one of Spain's most popular tourist destinations. Located on Spain's southeast coast and is known as the white coast where the Spaniards themselves take vacation. The Costa Blanca has a wonderful climate, here the sun shines more than 300 days a year and the coastal strip is considered to be one of the healthiest places in the world to live for rheumatics and others with aching or joint pain. The World Health Organization (WHO) classifies the coastal strip as one of the healthiest places in the world to live. This is mainly due to the many days of sunshine and the heat that spread unusually evenly throughout the year with an average temperature of 20 degrees C.
We have objects mainly north of Alicante and many of the objects are on the heights around Benidorm, which lies north of Alicante (about 45 km)

Costa Blanca has everything from magnificent golf courses and lovely sandy beaches to exciting ancient remains and in addition a modern city offering with cinemas, shopping and restaurants. Cities full of life and modern tourist infrastructure, the Mediterranean where time stood still, endless beaches of golden sand, calm and clear seawater and a lush coastal area with dramatic cliffs and small coves.
